The students can make all types of transactions by themselves. Via kiosks the students can contact the dean or a teacher to ask questions, enter proposals or answer polls.

Kiosks are an ideal place for job and apartment announcements, for example outside at bus stops. In this way the number of postings can be reduced or, if they expire, they can be automatically deleted from the display. Students can read via university kiosks their own e-mail and in this way get important information on time. They can browse the Internet or the university network to get relevant information for lectures. They can browse through the university library catalogue and book the necessary reference books at once – the security is provided by student cards.
